Payment plans are available on a case by case basis. 30-day payment plans are available for crested geckos over $300 with a 30% nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit to hold the animal. 60-day payment plans are available for crested geckos over $900 with a 50% nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit to hold the animal. If the full balance is not fulfilled by the due date and the buyer does not maintain an open communication with us, we will void the payment plan and refund all payments except for the deposit.

Shipping is free within the United States; auction listings are shipped at a $50 flat rate. Orders outside of the United States, please contact us for accommodation; shipping fees apply. After placing your order, we will be in touch with you within 2 business days to arrange shipping. We ship via FedEx priority overnight on Mondays-Wednesdays only. We will only ship your crested gecko(s) when night time and day temperatures are between 40 and 90 degrees. Shipping to your local FedEx hub is preferred to ensure your animal's safety during transit. If you need to make arrangements for a direct home delivery, please contact us for accommodation - review 'Live Arrival Guarantee'. In cases of extreme weather conditions, we provide a complimentary Cryopak Phase 22 or a 40-hour Heat Pack along with our insulated packaging. Summer and Winter holds due to extreme weather conditions are available at no extra cost to you. ​ Local pickup can be arranged. We are located in Richmond, Virginia. ​We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and Cashapp. For local pickups, we can also take cash payments.

We must be notified of the animal(s)' arrival within an hour of pickup - failure to do so will void the live arrival guarantee. Direct home deliveries will also void the live arrival guarantee. Unboxing video is required for a DOA refund. Exceptions: We are not responsible for tail drops during shipment. ​ Crested geckos will need some time to acclimate to their new environment. It is normal for them to not eat for a week or two while acclimating, however, some may eat right away. Ensure that they are handled less frequently during the acclimation period to avoid further stress post-shipping. Sex is not guaranteed until around 20 grams. We will try our best to "pore check" any crested geckos in our possession starting at 5-6 grams.
